Hammond's Ferry held a realtor luncheon on April 28, 2006 from 12-2. Approximately 40 realtors and mortgage brokers attended this event. Charlie Walker, Director of Sales, and Marci Cannon, Sales Associate, were able to talk with the realtors on an individual basis about the neighborhood. We provided information on the community and Hammond’s Ferry Traditional Neighborhood Development. We currently have five builder showcase homes available and 12 lots. We were able to give tours of the development and the homes under construction.
