NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (October 5, 2007) - Hammond’s Ferry, the new Traditional Neighborhood community located on the Savannah River, will host a tour of its furnished Builders’ Guild homes on Sunday, October 14th from 1 PM to 6 PM. The centerpiece for the tour will be a group of houses with interiors specially-designed to provide potential homeowners with ideas for how rooms can be optimally planned and furnished.
The Showcase Houses have been crafted by members of the Hammond’s Ferry Builders’ Guild, the group of builders whose high standards for architectural details and materials have established the character of this special community. Participating builders include ABW Builders, Inc.; David L. Blair Homes, Inc.; J-Mar Builders and Services, Inc; McGee Home Builders, Inc.; and Scott’s Woodworks. Other homes will also be available for viewing throughout the afternoon.
Visitors are encouraged to visit the new Hammond’s Ferry “firehouse” sales center at 89 Crystal Lake Drive near the entrance to the development. There one can have an overview presentation, including a map table, of the entire scenic Hammond's Ferry site.
The public are encouraged to attend the Showcase and meet the Hammond’s Ferry sales professionals and builder team. Refreshments will be served.
