Meet the Neighborhood Team

	N. Turner Simkins, Project Manager Mr. Simkins oversees all aspects of Hammond's Ferry. He formerly worked as development director and senior consultant to Blanchard & Calhoun, a real estate firm in Augusta, GA. He is active in many civic organizations, including the Augusta Canal Authority, the Southeastern Natural Sciences Academy and the Central Savannah River Land Trust.
	Charlie Walker, Director of Sales Mr. Walker is a licensed realtor in South Carolina and an active member of the Exchange Club of Augusta. He is experienced in sales management and has worked as vice president of sales for two successful North Augusta companies. A native of Augusta, Mr. Walker is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
	Bobby Bagwell, Site Manager Bobby Bagwell oversees site work, budget management, and coordination among City officials, engineers, and contractors at Hammond's Ferry. A native of Columbia County, Georgia, Bobby graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Construction Management. He has been a member of the Georgia Southern University Builders' Guild and the 2000 Design/Build Competition Team. His previous work experience includes working with the Construction firm Capers and Associates and JBC Development.
	Rhonda Fry, Office Manager In her role as office manager, Ms. Fry provides organization and assistance to the project director, coordinating all bookkeeping duties, and is closely invovled in the construction management process. Ms. Fry worked previously with SouthTrust Bank in Augusta.
